Key Responsibilities:

  • Build market visibility and establish relationships with potential clients to drive new revenue streams.
  • Nurture existing client relationships to maintain and grow revenue.
  • Collect, analyze, and present data and reporting on market trends and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the Projects Team to harness project knowledge and leverage client relationships.
  • Ensure current and anticipated future client needs inform technical development to guide the roadmap and prioritization.
  • Enhance proposal and pitch quality to market-leading levels.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of client-facing experience within the live events industry, with a proven track history of developing B2B relationships.
  • Experience in selling or delivering technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with the full business development and sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Proven ability to establish business KPIs and consistently deliver against them.
  • Commercial acumen to understand and effectively influence financial objectives and reporting.
  • Track history of establishing and delivering on market needs.
  • Knowledge and potentially experience of key marketing activities that help drive sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proven ability to understand needs, build rapport, and trust with potential clients.
  • Adaptability and a collaborative mindset to harness the full potential of the RFIDentikit team.
  • Comfortable using sales tools, CRM systems, and other technology to streamline sales processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in business, sales, and marketing or a relevant technology area.
