Payroll Systems Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Payroll & Systems Manager to join our client, a well-established company. Reporting to the Group HRD, this role will oversee and manage payroll operations across multiple countries and regions.
Main Responsibilities:- Review and manage Payroll platforms and systems, ensuring smooth integration of any acquisitions.
- Implement payroll system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure payroll systems are set up for gender pay gap reporting and are GDPR compliant.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for multiple countries and regions.
- Collaborate with local payroll teams, external payroll service providers, and HR teams to ensure seamless payroll delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a CIPP or AAT qualification, proven experience as a Payroll Manager, and experience of managing international payrolls. They will also have a strong understanding of statutory deductions, tax rates, social security requirements, and benefits regulations in different countries.
