Lead Customer Experience Manager

The Assistant Park Manager will be a key member of our team, working closely with the Deputy and Park Manager to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly motivated and talented leader who can inspire and empower their team to deliver our core values: pride, passion, playing together, and moments of WOW-ness.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience at our park. You will also work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience at our park
- Work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth
- Drive business growth and revenue through effective leadership and management
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and SOPs

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a leisure/adventure/family park management role
- Experience delivering events
- Experience of working with children
- Experience with financial data and KPI management
- Experience of managing and leading a team
- Excellent customer service and engagement skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards
- Tech savvy
- Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications
- IOSH qualification desirable
- A background in a service-led industry is desirable, such as adventure parks, leisure parks etc.
