Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead our front of house service and deliver a first-class audience experience for our visitors. You will be responsible for supporting and motivating the team to achieve their day-to-day sales targets from our various bars, kiosks, and at-seat delivery service.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. You will be working in a friendly, dedicated team in a dynamic, exciting venue, and will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of live events.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for live events and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

  • Lead the front of house service and deliver a first-class audience experience for our visitors
  • Support and motivate the team to achieve their day-to-day sales targets
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure a smooth and successful event
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
