Job Title: Leadership Learning

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Partner to join our team at RGF Staffing UK Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying learning needs and developing programs that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team and key stakeholders to develop an annual learning calendar aligned with our Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
  • Manage and oversee business-wide entry-level programs, working closely with other divisions to ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead the development and implementation of talent development programs, including Ignite and Developing the People, in partnership with the Head of L&D.
  • Design and deliver company-wide management and leadership development initiatives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in Financial Services, preferably with experience in banking. Your expertise in Learning and Development, combined with your ability to work effectively with stakeholders, will be essential in driving business results.
