**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Learning and Development Partner to join our team at Victorum Learning Center. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and facilitating an exceptional employee learning experience that drives business growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Partner with our Global People team, business leaders, and stakeholders to align and improve our Learning and Development (L&D) strategy, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our organization.
  • Lead and facilitate global training and development initiatives, creating memorable moments that reward and excite employees.
  • Develop and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) platform, ensuring it is a center of excellence for our organization.
  • Plan and develop effective learning strategies that support employee career progression and business objectives.
  • Design and deliver People Leader training programs that focus on both soft skills and management development, promoting DEIB education and awareness.
  • Collaborate with external training providers and consultants to organize lunch and learn sessions and external speakers for specialized training programs as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business needs.
  • Design and implement learning solutions that are aligned with our organization's objectives, using different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, online training sessions, classroom facilitation, coaching, etc.
  • Design and communicate an annual Training Calendar to facilitate regular participation.

**Requirements**

  • Proven history of supporting senior leadership with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in implementing a range of learning strategies.
  • Impeccable organization and administration skills with the ability to analyze data and create strategic action.
  • A passion for people, equality, and wellbeing with a fantastic outgoing personality and a can-do attitude.
  • A self-starter who can deal with ambiguity and work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey important messages in a succinct manner.
  • Previous experience in managing LMS platforms (we use Docebo).
