About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Learning & Development Manager to join our team at With Intelligence. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality learning and development programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Program Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and design relevant programs that cater to different learning styles and regions.
  • LMS Management: Own and leverage our Learner Management System (LMS) to design and build training content, curricula, and programs that meet business objectives.
  • Training Delivery: Design and deliver a suite of essential management training programs for existing and new managers, including performance management, communication, and leadership development.
  • L&D Strategy: Act as the subject matter expert, keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments in L&D practice, and coaching stakeholders on L&D thought leadership and practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with People & Culture Partners and business stakeholders to understand L&D needs and priorities, and develop an understanding of the skills required to achieve business objectives.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Constantly measure and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and initiatives, and provide regular reporting and analytics to track progress against strategy and impact on L&D delivery and ROI.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as an L&D Manager, with experience in a similar business advantageous.
  • L&D Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of L&D processes and practices, training/workshop facilitation and delivery, program and curriculum design, employee development, skills training, and talent management.
  • Training Facilitation: Engaging, personable, credible, and impactful training facilitator, coach, and storyteller, with the ability to address and flex for global audiences.
  • LMS Experience: Extensive experience working with Learner Management Systems (LMS) to design and build training content, curricula, and programs, and produce reporting and analytics.
  • Business Acumen: Proven experience working within a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes, and managing budgets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics and present them in easy-to-understand formats.
