Vitol is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to join our global Human Resources team. This role will play a crucial part in shaping the learning landscape for our organization on an international scale.
As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for overseeing the project management and operations of learning initiatives across all regions. Your primary focus will be on managing the demand for learning programs, coordinating the delivery of training, and ensuring seamless execution of learning projects worldwide. This is a strategic position that requires exceptional project management skills, robust operational acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop Global Learning Strategies: Create comprehensive learning project plans, timelines, and budgets for learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global training needs. This includes defining essential onboarding programs for new employees across various departments and locations.
- Gather Training Requirements: Collaborate closely with Vitol offices worldwide to identify and understand their specific training requirements, ensuring a tailored approach to learning development that meets the diverse needs of our global workforce.
- Manage Learning Technology: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our existing Learning Management System (LMS), Bridge. This includes liaising with the LMS provider to resolve any technical issues and ensure smooth system functionality for all users.
- Content Management & Development: Ensure that all training materials are accurately catalogued, updated, and readily accessible within the LMS. Work closely with content producers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to maintain the quality and relevance of learning content, encouraging periodic updates and revisions.
- Enhance Learning Experiences: Guide content producers and SMEs in developing engaging and interactive training experiences using various e-learning authoring tools such as Gomo, Articulate, and Adobe Adapt.
- Track Training Progress & Impact: Monitor training completion rates and proactively engage with managers to ensure their teams are meeting learning objectives. Establish metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness of learning programs, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate the value of learning initiatives.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on learning delivery performance, project status, and key insights for leadership review. Leverage data to inform strategic decision-making regarding learning programs and initiatives.
