Program Manager

The Global Player team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our digital products and services. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and reporting on various projects, products, and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
You will work closely with cross-functional squads, including Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders, to track progress, manage risks, and dependencies. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful delivery of our digital products and services, meeting the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic plans.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
- Communicate progress and changes to stakeholders, including senior business leaders, using clear and concise summaries and root cause explanations.
- Contribute to a high-performance culture, promoting accountability and a sense of ownership among team members.
- Track and analyze team performance, using metrics to understand changes in throughput and performance.
- Support the effective running of the Global Player team, contributing to the development of project plans and roadmaps, and collaborating with senior leadership as needed.
- Experience working in a similar role, with a strong understanding of software development practices and release lifecycles.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply analytical and creative techniques to resolve complex issues.
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to adapt your style as needed, and effective communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a focus on outcomes and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
