Join Our Team as a Learning Program Manager

GP Strategies Corporation is a leading provider of talent transformation solutions. We help organizations achieve meaningful change through our award-winning learning and development services.

As a Learning Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering international Learning Event Projects for our global clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of event delivery models and planning strategy
  • Providing strategic and consultative management to direct regional teams and global project teams
  • Managing event project plans and budgets, ensuring efficient planning within tight time constraints
  • Working with other program managers to identify and resolve risks, and implementing changes to processes and ways of working
  • Supporting the Global Learning Events Team Manager in reviewing and improving operational workflows

You will be responsible for promoting a team climate that values accountability, 360-degree feedback, and transparency, as well as a culture that encourages shared learning and professional development.

We are seeking an experienced Learning Program Manager who can make appropriate financial and customer service decisions, and has excellent organizational skills with a customer-focused approach.
