Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support our Training and Development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management
    • Track and stabilize projects to ensure timely completion
    • Remove roadblocks and anticipate business stakeholders' needs
  • Event Planning
    • Book travel arrangements for domestic and international events
    • Help plan, support, and execute internal events and external gatherings
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records and track key project metrics
    • Prepare and deliver regular reports to stakeholders
  • Collaboration and Teamwork
    • Work closely with Learning Program Managers to support projects and programs
    • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements

  • Project and Event Management Experience
    • Proven track record of managing projects and events
    • Experience with project and event management software
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Attention to Detail
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to maintain accurate records and track key metrics
  • Availability and Flexibility
    • Ability and willingness to work onsite 4-5 days per week
