About the Role:

Victorum Learning Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Learning and Development Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our learning and development strategy to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our leadership team, diversity and inclusion committee, and other stakeholders to align, improve, design, and deliver on key objectives in our L&D strategy.
  • Lead and facilitate global training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Create engaging and memorable learning experiences to reward and excite employees.
  • Be the center of excellence for our Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies to support employee career progression and business objectives.
  • Design and deliver People Leader training programs that focus on both soft skills and management development.
  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) education and awareness through hosted training sessions.
  • Collaborate with external training providers and consultants to organize lunch and learn sessions and external speakers for specialized training programs as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business needs.
  • Design and implement learning solutions that are aligned with our organization's objectives, using various training techniques, including e-learning, online training sessions, classroom facilitation, coaching, and more.
  • Design and communicate an annual Training Calendar to facilitate regular participation.

Requirements:

  • Proven history of supporting senior leadership with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing a range of learning strategies.
  • Impeccable organization and administration skills with the ability to analyze data and create strategic actions.
  • A passion for people, equality, and wellbeing with a fantastic outgoing personality and a can-do attitude.
  • A self-starter who can deal with ambiguity and work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey important messages in a succinct manner.
  • Previous experience in managing LMS platforms (we use Docebo).
