Job Description

**Job Title:** Global Brand Strategist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Global Brand Strategist to lead our international brand expansion efforts. As a key member of our Consumer Additions and Consumer Exec team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that drive growth and success in global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with our company's overall vision and goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in international markets.
  • Brand Positioning: Develop and maintain a strong brand positioning that reflects our company's values and mission.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales in international markets.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics to measure brand health and success.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in brand strategy development and implementation, with a focus on international markets.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Italian and/or French.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
