The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Organizational Development Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the professional growth of our associates and enhancing our organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications/Qualities

  • Proven experience in strategic L&OD roles, with a focus on driving commercial, client-focused, and global outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to align development initiatives with organizational goals and measure their impact.
  • Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably within financial or professional services firms.
  • Experience of working in a large, commercially focused organization.
  • Experience of working at all levels within a business to C-Suite.
  • Strong consultancy and program design, delivery, and impact measurement capabilities.
  • Responsive when operating in a dynamic environment, adeptly adjusting to changing needs.
