Job Summary

Job Title: Global Learning and Development Manager

Reports to: Global Director of Learning and Development

Location: Flexible, with occasional travel to company offices

The Role

As a key member of the Global Learning and Development team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's learning and development strategy. You will collaborate with regional teams to design and deploy training programs that align with business objectives and support the growth and development of employees.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing training programs that meet the needs of the business and employees
  • Collaborating with regional teams to design and deploy training programs
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career development
  • Identifying and addressing training needs and gaps
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
Requirements
  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a global organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally to company offices
