About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Partner to join our team at Octopus Capital Ltd. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering learning solutions that support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to conduct learning needs analyses and design effective learning interventions that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality learning content, including classroom, virtual, and e-learning programs, to support employee growth and development.
  • Collaborate with external learning providers to bring in expertise and best practices to enhance our learning offerings.
  • Measure and report on learning effectiveness to ensure that our programs are meeting their intended goals.
  • Role model our learning culture and embody a growth mindset to inspire and motivate others.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant training qualification, such as CIPD Level 5 or a comparable equivalent.
  • Experience with psychometric tools, such as SDI, Hogan, or Clevry.
  • Strong sales or pitching experience, or experience in teaching these skills.
  • Experience in awareness and adoption of new tools and technology solutions.
