Job Title: Leadership Learning

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Partner to join our team at Crone Corkill. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning and development strategy for our Financial Services division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and key stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop an annual calendar aligned with our Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
  • Oversee the management of business-wide entry-level programs and partner with other divisions to ensure a seamless process.
  • Manage and develop talent development programs across the bank, including Ignite and Developing the People, in collaboration with the Head of L&D.
  • Lead the development and delivery of company-wide management and leadership development initiatives, including ongoing review and delivery of key essentials for line managers, self-learning toolkits, and supporting leadership and management off-site activities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in Learning and Development, with experience in Financial Services and line management. You will be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and possess excellent communication and project management skills.
