About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Partner to join our team at Yondr Group. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our learning and development program, driving business growth, and enhancing employee engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with our company goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct needs analysis using established models to inform program design.
Content and Curriculum Design
  1. Design and develop engaging learning content, leveraging adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Program Design and Delivery
  1. Design, deliver, and manage a range of learning programs, including onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and compliance training.
  2. Utilize a mix of instructional methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  3. Evaluate and measure program effectiveness, proposing data-driven improvements based on feedback and results.
Talent Development
  1. Partner with department heads and the OD Director to develop learning programs for different levels of employees.
  2. Facilitate career development discussions and manage coaching and mentoring programs.
LMS Administration
  1. Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, content uploads, and system troubleshooting.
Budget Management
  1. Track and report on the ROI of learning initiatives.
  2. Record L&D budget spend, reporting to the OD Director on a regular basis.
