About the Role

PRS for Music is seeking a skilled Learning and Development Partner to support the delivery of high-performing, engaged, and diverse teams. As a key member of the organization, you will partner with the business to review talent, interpret learning needs, and source, design, and deliver high-quality development interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end projects from researching and designing creative solutions to delivering successful interventions.
  • Measure the success of learning interventions through robust evaluation and review outcomes with business stakeholders.
  • Manage targeted talent development programs or 1:1 development needs, such as diversity, mentoring, 360 feedback, or 1:1 coaching.
  • Support the Director of Talent, Culture & Experience to partner business areas to prepare for and conduct talent reviews, facilitate discussion, and support targeted development actions as appropriate.
  • Work with the Director of Talent, Culture & Experience to design and deliver leadership and management development programs by sourcing and briefing suppliers, coordinating training, and communicating with delegates.
  • Oversee performance management cycles, including updating timelines, guides, forms, communications, and training for objective setting, performance review, and development conversations.
  • Oversee PRS new starter induction through coordination, content management, facilitation, and evaluation.
  • Budgetary and cost control management, including forecasting and spending.

About You

We are looking for an individual with previous experience in business partnering and coordination of L&D functions. You should have a proven track record of designing and delivering blended learning solutions and program facilitation. Excellent stakeholder relationship building and management skills are essential, as well as intermediate IT skills, including the full MS suite and broad knowledge of learning technology. A L&D diploma, CIPD, or equivalent is desirable.

The Process

  • First-stage interviews will take place virtually on MS Teams.
  • Second-stage interviews will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.

We use competency-based questions within our interviews, allowing you to provide examples of situations where you have had to demonstrate the required skills relevant to the role you are applying for. To assist your preparation for the interview, research the STAR method to aid bringing your examples to life.

Location

We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week. To ensure the health and safety of all our employees, if you wish to work from home for more than 2.5 days per week, we will conduct a quick and easy remote-working assessment.
