Debt Recovery Specialist

Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our financial stability by recovering outstanding debts through third-party agencies, including Litigation and Debt Collection Agencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Agency Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external debt collection agencies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze recovery performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and guidelines, resolving queries from Third Party Partners and supporting customers throughout the litigation process as well as internal insolvency procedures.
- You should not be afraid to engage in challenging conversations and overcome objections to achieve a favorable outcome.
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Data-driven decision-making is crucial, utilizing insights to better serve our customers.
- Prior customer service experience is beneficial (training will be provided).
- A background in debt collection would be advantageous.
- Competitive Salary: £24,195 - £26,010 per annum, dependent on experience.
- Flexible Work Arrangements: Hybrid working model: split your week between home and our Nottingham hub (typically 2-3 days).
- Work-Life Balance: Core hours 9AM-5PM, Monday-Friday.

- Please note that if you are invited to a discovery day, it will be held at our Nottingham hub. If you are successful in your application, our initial 8-week training will also take place at our Nottingham hub. The expected salary range for this role is around £25,000-£27,500 per year.
