Energy Recovery Specialist

Are you a driven individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Debt Resolution Professional to join our team at E Next Energy Limited in Nottingham, UK.
This is a full-time position, requiring 37 hours of work per week. As a key member of our 3rd Party Debt Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our organization by recovering outstanding debts through third-party agencies.
Your responsibilities will include managing the debt sale process, liaising with external agencies, and monitoring recovery performance. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with external debt collection agencies, tracking and analysing recovery performance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,103 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a hybrid working approach, allowing you to split your week between home and our Nottingham hub. You will also enjoy a generous pension contribution and access to a wide range of flexible benefits.
