Job Description- We're seeking a Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team in Nottingham.
- You'll play a critical role in ensuring our financial health by recovering outstanding debts through third-party agencies.
- You'll be responsible for managing the debt sale process, liaising with external agencies, and monitoring recovery performance.
Responsibilities:
- Debt Sale Management: Oversee the sale of debt portfolios to third-party agencies, ensuring optimal pricing and terms.
- Agency Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external debt collection agencies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse recovery performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Take full ownership and responsibility of delivering excellent customer experience.
- Not afraid to have difficult conversations and overcome objections that will help us achieve the right outcome.
- Empathetic, able to put yourself in our customer's shoes.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Able to understand different perspectives when making decisions.
