Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Coaching Manager to join our team in Birmingham. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a group of franchise owners to drive business growth and success.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Coach and mentor franchise owners to improve sales performance and profit
  • Monitor financial performance and provide guidance on budgeting and forecasting
  • Frequent travel to visit franchises and provide support


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in sales coaching and franchise management, with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will also have experience of working in a similar environment and understand the challenges and opportunities that come with it.



Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. You will also have the chance to work with a global provider of business services, with exciting opportunities for progression.
