Job Overview:
The Complex Support Worker role at Advantage Healthcare is a dynamic position that requires a skilled and compassionate individual to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and enhance their skills in complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes and communities. This will involve working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing training and education to colleagues on complex care topics. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of innovative care solutions that improve patient outcomes. A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including maternity/paternity leave, paid annual leave, refer a friend scheme, and enhanced DBS check.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their homes and communities.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide training and education to colleagues on complex care topics.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative care solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:
No prior care experience is required; we provide full nurse-led training. However, a passion for delivering high-quality care and making a difference in people's lives is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
