Seeking Experienced Support Worker for SEMH Pupils
This role involves providing individualized care and support to students with Social and Emotional Mental Health and other complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement personalized support plans
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students on an as-needed basis
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
The estimated salary range for this position is £12,830 - £15,000 per annum, depending on experience.
