About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Primary Phase Support Worker to join our team in Southampton. As a Specialist SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will support students on a 1:1 and small group basis, developing strategies to engage students with challenging behaviours.Company Overview:
  • Academics Ltd is a specialist school catering for children aged 5-11 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and behavioural needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with challenging behaviours and associated conditions/disabilities such as ADHD and Autistic Spectrum Condition.
  • Develop strategies to engage students and collaborate with teachers to plan educational activities.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
