Job Opportunity:

Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated SEN Support Specialist to join our team at our secondary phase boys school in Southampton.

About the Role:

This full-time position involves providing support to students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, working closely with teaching staff to ensure seamless delivery of academic and pastoral programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with SEND during lessons and everyday activities
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualised learning plans

Requirements:

  • Recent experience in supporting students with SEND, preferably in a secondary setting
  • Strong understanding of SEND policies and procedures
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
