The Role

As a Curriculum Development Lead, you will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the curriculum for various programs that form the Army Apprenticeships contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update existing Apprenticeship curriculum, develop new curriculum, and create teaching materials.
  • Coordinate with other departments and the Army to ensure that our records reflect what is being taught in their area.
  • Coordinate with other departments and the Army to ensure we have assessment results and evidence needed for moderation.
  • Update mapping of Army delivery into the Apprenticeship.
  • Support with the delivery of training to internal teams.

This role is full-time, working 37.5 hours per week, and is based on-site at Lyneham.

Essential Experience

Considerable experience in a curriculum development role, with experience in content design and development, a good understanding of work-based learning programs, and an understanding of engineering qualifications and apprenticeships.

Qualifications

Engineering qualifications minimum level 3.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
