About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Development Lead to join our team at Babcock International Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement curriculum for Army Apprenticeships contract
  • Ensure curriculum policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with ESFA, Ofsted, and customer requirements
  • Update existing Apprenticeship curriculum and develop new teaching materials
  • Coordinate with other departments and the Army to ensure accurate records and assessment results
  • Support delivery of training to internal team

Requirements

  • Considerable experience in curriculum development
  • Experience in content design and development
  • Good understanding of work-based learning programmes
  • Understanding of engineering qualifications and apprenticeships
  • Ability to design curriculums and map evidence into programmes
