Job Overview:


First Military Recruitment is excited to collaborate with a leading International Defence organization seeking to appoint an Electronics Instruction Specialist on a permanent basis due to expansion at their Lyneham facility.


Key Responsibilities:
Delivering instruction on Electrical/Electronic Principles, Analogue and Digital Electronics, Microprocessors, and related projects.

This includes the development of theoretical and contextualized lessons that align with military standards and external accreditation to Level 3/4 DAO, Pearson, and EAL.

Providing contextualized academic instruction, both theoretical and practical, for all specified subjects.
Assessment of exams and coursework as necessary.
Supervision of examinations.
Preparation of courses, including the creation of blended learning materials and interactive online content.
Utilizing subject matter expertise to develop teaching resources and assist in course design.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
Level 5 (or higher) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.
Level 4 (HNC) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
Level 4 or higher Teaching qualification (or a commitment to obtain one).
Current and relevant engineering mathematical knowledge.
Recent service leaver with a technical trade background from the Army, RAF, or RN.
Experience in teaching or lecturing in Further Education or Higher Education environments, with an understanding of modern apprenticeship requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with Moodle interactive software.
