Position: Automotive Training Specialist
Location: Lyneham, Wiltshire
Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 Based on Experience + Benefits
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

We are seeking an Automotive Training Specialist to join our team at the Lyneham facility. This role offers the chance to instruct technical courses for military personnel from the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Media and Graphics Department to create training materials
  • Maintain a Continuous Personal Development portfolio
  • Regularly review and enhance course content
  • Evaluate trainee progress and performance
  • Deliver constructive feedback and training support

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Vehicle Technician sector
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized and proactive approach
  • Familiarity with vehicle inspection procedures (MEI/MOT preferred)
  • Proficient in IT skills

Required Certifications:

  • At least City & Guilds Part 3/NVQ L3 or equivalent
  • No prior teaching experience necessary

Security clearance is mandatory for this position.
