About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Curriculum Development Lead to join our team at Babcock International Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in planning, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the curriculum for our Army Apprenticeships contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and update our existing Apprenticeship curriculum, creating new teaching materials and ensuring they are aligned with ESFA, Ofsted, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with other departments and the Army to ensure accurate records of taught content and assessment results.
  • Support the delivery of training to internal teams and ensure the mapping of Army delivery into the Apprenticeship is up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of the curriculum.
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of work-based learning programs, engineering qualifications, and apprenticeships.

Requirements

  • Considerable experience in a curriculum development role, with a strong understanding of content design and development.
  • Good understanding of work-based learning programs and engineering qualifications.
  • Ability to design curriculums, taking standards and creating programs of delivery and content.
  • Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
