Shepherd Neame is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the business. This role involves deputising in their absence and driving the delivery of continued growth and customer satisfaction at site.

As an ambassador for our brand, you will work closely with the team, leading and developing them while ensuring they offer excellent customer service at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
