Care Senior Lead Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Westbrook House Integrated Care Centre in Margate.

The successful candidate will have a Level 4 Diploma or above in Care and a Management qualification at Level 5 or above, with evidence of continuing professional development.

They will have experience working with older people, preferably in reablement/intermediate care services and those with dementia, as well as knowledge and understanding of the CQC assessment framework.

Our ideal candidate will also have a working knowledge of national policies, the adult community care legal framework, and policies and procedures relevant to managing a care centre/care home.
