Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Wellbeing Programme Lead to create and deliver engaging wellbeing programmes for our residents at Chaucer House in Canterbury, Kent.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement a range of activities to promote residents' physical and mental wellbeing.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver person-centered care plans.

Requirements:

  • Health & Social Care NVQ Level 2 (desirable)
  • Experience in delivering wellbeing programmes and creating person-centered communities for seniors.
