We are looking for a skilled Programme Manager to lead our outdoor education programme at Riccarton High School's Orohaki facility near Mt Thomas in North Canterbury.

The successful candidate will have experience in outdoor education, strong leadership and management skills, and relevant qualifications. They will also hold a current first aid certificate and be passionate about introducing high school students to outdoor activities.

Key responsibilities include designing and delivering the programme, managing a team of instructors, ensuring student safety and well-being, and maintaining excellent relationships with school staff and external stakeholders.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $NZD 65,000 per annum, plus benefits including opportunities for professional development and growth within the school community.

Please note that this is a fixed-term role, likely from mid-January to early June 2025, but may become a recurring position each year.
