Xenon Recruitment is currently recruiting for a highly skilled Site Management Professional to oversee the construction of 18x detached homes in Canterbury, Kent.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in site management, preferably within the Residential Developer sector. You will be responsible for managing the master build programme, preparing short-term programmes, and conducting weekly progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and coordinating with external bodies, including Building Control, HSE, Utilities, and Service providers and NHBC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of the master build programme
  • Preparation of short-term programmes
  • Conducting weekly progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

About You:

  • Circa 5+ years' experience in site management, preferably in the Residential Developer sector
  • Holding the correct CITB qualifications (CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work)
  • Experience working on similar schemes an advantage, but not necessary
  • Proven ability to control multiple subcontractor packages and direct labour
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

Salary: £250 - £300 per day
