We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive growth by selling innovative waste management solutions to high-value corporate accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in the waste sector, with a proven track record of success selling into multi-site businesses or high-value single sites.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating strategic target accounts, developing relationships with those accounts, and proactively selling profitable new business and waste contracts at a senior corporate level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling waste management-related services at a national/corporate level
  • Creating strategic target accounts and developing relationships with those accounts
  • Proactively selling profitable new business and waste contracts at a senior corporate level

The successful candidate will have a full clean driving license and be willing to travel regularly.

The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including:

  • A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
  • Uncapped bonus scheme dependent upon experience
