Business Development Manager

Wynsdale Waste Management Ltd is a rapidly expanding company based in Kent, UK.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive growth by selling innovative waste management solutions to high-value corporate accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in the waste sector, with a proven track record of success selling into multi-site businesses or high-value single sites.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating strategic target accounts, developing relationships with those accounts, and proactively selling profitable new business and waste contracts at a senior corporate level.

Key responsibilities include:
- Selling waste management-related services at a national/corporate level
- Creating strategic target accounts and developing relationships with those accounts
- Proactively selling profitable new business and waste contracts at a senior corporate level
The successful candidate will have a full clean driving license and be willing to travel regularly.
The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including:
- A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
- Uncapped bonus scheme dependent upon experience
