Site Manager for Private Development Project

**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced site manager to oversee a new project in the Whitstable area. This is a private development, and the role has arisen via growth and is an addition to the existing construction team.
The successful candidate will have direct input into the build programme and design co-ordination, responsible for all health and safety paperwork on site as well as subcontract management and quality control.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Running the scheme through all phases from groundworks through external envelope, internal fitout and handover
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring quality control
- Overseeing health and safety paperwork on site
**Requirements:**
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- First Aid, CSCS & SMSTS certifications
- Previous experience of working on similar sized projects
