Deputy Care Centre Manager

Kent County Council is seeking a Deputy Manager to join their team at Westbrook House Integrated Care Centre in Margate.
The successful candidate will have a Level 4 Diploma or above in Care and a Management qualification at Level 5 or above, with evidence of continuing professional development.
They will have experience working with older people, preferably in reablement/intermediate care services and those with dementia, as well as knowledge and understanding of the CQC assessment framework.
Our estimated salary range for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of care professionals
- Develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations
