We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Test Centre Supervisor at our Canterbury PPC location. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading education company and contribute to the delivery of high-stakes tests worldwide.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable using Microsoft Office and Windows applications, and possess strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks under pressure. You'll also be able to work effectively under pressure and maintain a clean, professional, quiet testing atmosphere in the centre.

The salary for this position is approximately £25,000-£32,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Position

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the test centre, including managing staff, coordinating activities with Regional Managers and other Test Centre Management, and maintaining compliance standards
  • Provide high-level customer service in the test centre at all times
  • Review test schedule and prepare for candidates, including those with special needs
  • Sign candidates in (including verification of candidate identity) according to Pearson VUE and client sign-in procedures
