About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Chef Leader to join our team at Premier Inn Canterbury City Centre. As a leader in our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of our iconic breakfasts and evening meals.

You will work closely with our head chef to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, while ensuring efficient kitchen operations and exceptional customer service.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and make a real impact on our culinary team.

Salary:£14.04 per hour day shift

Holidays:30 hours a week, including weekends – guaranteed hours to plan your week around

Shifts: 6 am - 12 pm, and 5 pm - Midnight
