Support Team Leader
Job Summary:Baca Charity is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Support Team, you will be responsible for leading the team to provide high-quality support services to young refugees aged 16 to 18. The successful candidate will have a passion for empowering young people to achieve their full potential and will be committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Support Team: Manage the Support Team to deliver high-quality support services to young refugees aged 16 to 18.
- Develop and Implement Programs: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement programs that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our clients.
- Provide Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to our clients to help them achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
- Build Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including local authorities and community organizations.
- Manage Risks: Identify and manage risks associated with our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in youth work and support services.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in a field such as social work, youth work, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
