Support Worker Team Leader

Our client requires a part-time support worker/team leader to assist with daily activities in their home. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be patient, and have a strong command of English.
Responsibilities
- Conducting quality checks of support worker tasks and notes
- Organizing and chairing team meetings
- Checking and authorising monthly timesheets
- Approving annual leave and arranging cover as needed
- Serving as the point of contact for staff regarding sick leave
- Completing monthly wellbeing audits
- Participating in the recruitment and induction of new staff
The successful candidate will be required to drive our client's adapted motability vehicle and have access to a vehicle due to the client's village location.

The successful candidate must have an enhanced DBS disclosure, be a driver aged 25 years or over with a full UK driving licence, and have access to a vehicle.
