Endoscopy Team Leader Position

Nuffield Health is seeking an experienced Endoscopy Team Leader to join our Theatre Team at Cambridge Hospital.

The successful candidate will be operationally responsible for the Endoscopy Suite within the Operating Theatre and will have the opportunity to make a real difference with Nuffield Health.

The Role

  • Contribute to service development, policy, procedures, and strategy implementation.
  • Support individuals and teams to deliver high-quality, clinically effective patient care.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of the Endoscopy unit.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, hospital senior leaders, and healthcare professionals.

The Person

  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council or HCPC.
  • Extensive experience of managing endoscopy patients, particularly in JAG accredited environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Global Rating Scale and JAG accreditation.
  • Minimum of 3 years' senior experience working in a similar setting.
