  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build strategic partnerships with fintechs, remittance companies, and financial institutions.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and explore opportunities to improve PaymentGenes' offerings.
  • Coordinate service roll-outs and align them with market-specific regulations.
  • Attend industry events, generate leads, and maintain sales reports.
  • Provide feedback to management and adjust strategies based on market insights.
  • Ensure client retention, satisfaction, and resolve issues through effective communication.
  • Track industry trends and convey customer needs to the support team.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in Payments, Fintech, or Financial Services, with a focus on B2B sales in remittance or payment service providers (PSPs).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong CRM, customer, and market skills, with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, with Spanish as an advantage.
