About This Role

We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead our UK office. As the key member of our team in London, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our commercial strategy across the UK market. Your primary focus will be on managing and scaling up our small London office while maintaining close relationships with our Italian Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and growing a small London office

Partnering with the wider business to develop the UK commercial strategy

Implementing this strategy to drive growth and expansion

Developing key commercial relationships with UK distributors

Managing the UK Profit & Loss statement (P&L) and driving profitability

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in a leadership position, preferably within a similar industry

Fluent Italian language skills to effectively communicate with our Italian stakeholders

Proven track record of leading and growing teams in a scale-up environment

Highly organized and excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
