Role Overview:
As a key member of our Happiness Team, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional after-sales support. You will handle customer queries related to energy usage, billing, and tariffs, ensuring our customers feel confident and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent after-sales support through various channels.
* Assist customers with billing, tariff, and usage enquiries, explaining our straightforward, no-hidden-costs approach.
* Resolve any service-related issues quickly and professionally.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the energy or utilities sector.
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers.
* Interest in the energy industry and a desire to help customers make informed decisions.
* Ability to work in-office in Basingstoke.
