Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Happiness Team at Tomato Energy. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional after-sales support to our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering excellent after-sales support through phone, email, and chat channels, assisting customers with billing, tariff, and usage enquiries, and resolving any service-related issues quickly and professionally.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in customer service, ideally within the energy or utilities sector, who possesses excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers. If you are interested in the energy industry and have a desire to help customers make informed decisions, we would love to hear from you.
As a member of our Happiness Team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience. You will also receive comprehensive training on our energy products, tariffs, and services.
