About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Vistry Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our sales hubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with customers to optimize business outcomes.
  • Create and deliver engaging virtual tours of our sites and house plots to customers.
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcomes for the business.
  • Utilize technology to innovate and generate sales in diverse environmental and economic conditions.
  • Manage and implement new innovations to fulfill business targets on new home sales.
  • Ensure effective management of sales visits and customer appointments.
  • Have a detailed knowledge of our sites, build progress, and house types to provide customers with every opportunity to purchase a new home.
  • Proactively manage and follow the sales process with every customer.
  • Evaluate each sales process to achieve more effective, efficient, and profitable sales for the Company.
  • Sell customer extras to drive additional profit for the Company.
  • Ensure every customer contact is recorded on our IT system and in line with GDPR.
